A workshop for separated men and women wanting to improve communication with their child’s other parent.

4. Develop strategies to deal with the blocks.

A workshop for separated fathers and mothers wanting to understand the emotional impact of separation on themselves and their children.
1. Recognize the hidden sorrow of separation and divorce
2. Understand the affects of grief on adults and children
3. Develop strategies for handling your grief and your children’s grief
4. Explore resources to support all members of the family through the grieving process.

Staying in touch with your kids
A workshop for non-residential separated fathers and mothers wanting to get practical tips how to support their child(ren) emotionally and physically after divorce.
1. Identify the principles of active parenting

3. Identify the basic principles of a healthy diet for your children
4. Understand what it takes to stay involved with your kids
5. Explore age appropriate play options for your children

A residential men's weekend at the Petrea King Quest for Life Centre in Bundanoon NSW, facilitated by Dr David Crawford.
This is a unique opportunity where men have the comfort to express and start to work through the tensions and stresses in their lives, without the worry of upsetting those important to them.

To help you build respectful relationships with kids, partner and family. This course runs over 8 weeks in the evenings, 2 or 3 times per year. • Man Alive - relieving depression, anxiety and stress. Is depression, anxiety or chronic stress causing difficulties in your relationships? Mindfulness based cognitive therapy techniques can help you to understand and develop positive coping strategies. • Education and Skills Training; small groups for men which cover parenting relationship and skills, and children's needs. Group focus on strategies, knowledge and skills in building personal and intimate relationships which do not involve anger, violence or control.
• Aboriginal Men's Support Program for Aboriginal men seeking support with personal, relationship, community or other issues. Involves individual support and casework, counselling, referral to other services as needed, occasional community development projects, and mentoring and/or leadership workshops.
